All newly done and to a good standard. Kitchenette had everything we needed for making breakfasts in the morning. Bed was very comfortable and smart TV in the apartment had all the streaming options (Netflix, Disney, prime etc.). The location was excellent, right in the town Center with all the sites as well as lots of restaurants and Tabancos within walking distance. Access was very easy via a 6 digit code which you use for both the building and the room. There are a choice of parking garages nearby that you can park in from around 7 Euro / day. We parked in APK2 plaza as it was the cheapest and about 3 min walk from the apartment.

From the off the staff on reception were friendly & welcoming, The rooms were well equipped with everything that you needed, (maybe filing the coffee daily or some black tea would have been nice) The lounge area was spacious, and the bathroom had everything needed but was a little small, the bedroom was lovely. The air conditioning worked brilliantly. The pool area was great although the pool was a little on the chilly side but it was fine once you were in. It would probably be easier to have towels up there and a basket to put the used ones in rather than have to get them from reception. The rooftop bar was exceptional, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to help and to talk to anyone that wanted to talk or that wanted help. The atmosphere was at times buzzing and at other times relaxing & tranquil. All the staff were lovely but especially Jesus who knew I was learning Spanish and encouraged me to speak to him in it rather than in English. Altogether a superb experience, we all loved it.

Attention to the client. Staff always trying hard to please the client. They provided all the information we needed and they made sure we understood everything since all doors a operated by a code provided by the receptionist. Very good manners and always with a smile. Ideal with a roof swimming pool, central geographical location.

Excellent location in the centre of Jerez, loads of tapas bars just around the corner and the alcazar and catedral a short walk away. The train and bus stations are about 15 minutes away, with trains or buses to Cadiz and Sanlucar de Barrameda, where we spent two days exploring and swimming on the fabulous beaches. We stayed in a suite - 2 adults and 2 children - for 4 nights and had plenty of space. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, good choice and friendly service. We used the swimming pool on the roof once, it was clean and a great way to refresh after a hot day out. The rooftop bar is busy in the evening, but the service is great and we enjoyed the view. All in all we were very happy and would stay there again.

Very comfortable beds. Best shower yet. Warm ! Necessary for mid-March stay. Access to parking very good and clearance 2m10 good for van travellers. Well equipped modern.Staff most helpful.
